Kathy’s House is a nonprofit 501(c)3 hospital guest house committed to providing affordable lodging and caring support in a “home away from home” environment for families who need to travel to Milwaukee for medical care.
Since 2001, Kathy’s House has helped more than 17,000 out-of-town patients to access-needed medical care in Milwaukee. Their story is incredible: in what started out in a small leased building in Wauwatosa 22 years ago has since grown to a 38-room facility near Froerdtert Hospital. The donation of this FST will help keep all of those families staying at this facility safe – and give them all one less thing to worry about while their loved ones receive the health care treatments they need.
