Knuth Brewing Company (a micro brew in Ripon), held the grand opening celebration for their new building on February 17, 2024. Part of the grand opening was, at owner David Knuth’s request, a “Steintossen competition” which was hosted by the Brothers of Prairie View Freemasons Lodge, also in Ripon.
A Steintossen is similar to the stone throw the Lodge presents at RiponFest each summer, except instead of throwing large boulders the contestants throw medicine balls. It was a great fundraiser for Prairie View Freemasons, as well as tremendous exposure to the community!
