Freemasons from Dodgeville Masonic Lodge (No. 119) recently held a pasty sale which benefitted the Santa Cop program of Iowa County. A check was presented to Santa Cop for $1181.
The Dodgeville Lodge selects six different organizations per year to assist. This year they chose The Family Resource Center of Iowa County, Santa Cop, Dodgeville Fire Department, Meals on Wheels, Mustang Cheer Leading team (a group that welcomes veterans back from the Honor Flights at the Dane County Airport in Madison), and the Dodger Food Locker.
Last year the Lodge donated over $9000 to various organizations including scholarships and AEDs.
There were so many volunteers throughout the area that helped with this endeavor. The Lodge wishes to thank the volunteers that helped with this pasty sale and all the other ones as well. We could not do this without your support!
