The Brothers of District 12 presented an outstanding Masonic Day of Light hosted by Tripoli Shrine in Milwaukee. The Shrine was filled with twenty-five candidates and their mentors. There were candidates from 17 Lodges in Districts 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, and 12 with the Brother traveling furthest from Rhinelander, Wisconsin and Brother visiting from the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania.
Grand Master Thomas W. Stevens attended to visit and watch the degree work. District 12 Lecturer Jasen Groves, PM of Freemasons Lodge No. 363 assembled the degree teams which included Brothers from across Districts 10, 11, and 12. The degree captains were Brother Steve Mullins, Senior Warden of Day-Lite Lodge No. 358, Brother Michael Reindl, PM of Freemasons Lodge No. 363 with his Fellow Craft team, and Brother Matthew Kondradt, PM of Lake Lodge No. 189 with his Master Mason Degree Team. A special congratulation to Brother Konradt for completing the trifecta of degree work by conferring all three degrees for a Masonic Day of Light. The degree work was presented and executed with excellence along with a special addition of lighting, music, and sound effects by Brother Fernado Topete.
I would like to thank Illustrious Sir, Alan Soreano, Potentate of Tripoli Shrine for donating the use of the building for the Masonic Day of Light, Brother Patrick Jackson for all his logistical help and a special thanks to the column moving team. I would like to extend a hardy congratulations, to the twenty-five new Master Masons, welcome to the World’s greatest fraternity!
Degree Teams
The EA Degree Team consisted of Chad Michels as Master, Steve Mullins, Andrew Thomas, Adam Forberg, Jim McGuigan, Karl Cleppe, DEO12 Napoleon Sneed-Janczak, Russell Unrath, John Pettigrew, Roger Wolski, Jonas Wittke and Jeff Woosley.
The FC Degree Team consisted of Mike Reindl as Master, Jan F. Talaga, Kevin Alvarado, District 12 Lecturer Jasen Groves, Bill Malcolm, Chad Michels, Roger Wolski and Thomas Curtis.
The MM Degree Team consisted of Matt Konradt as Master, Andrew Martins, Matt Adrian, Shawn Athy, Senior Grand Deacon Jeffrey S. Thiele, Ethan Rosenlund, Jesse Riegel, Ethan Klema, Jon Falk, Byron Borck, Jon Falk, Bill Reid, Dave Reed, Grant Walden, Jason Walden, Jim Goodman Jr., Ethan Klema, Joe Payne, Jeremy Hilgendorf, Dave Reed and Travis Baptist.
