Ducks for Scholarships

Freemasons from Glenn L. Humphrey Lodge – in partnership with Three Pillars Senior Living Communities – are planning a rubber duck race to benefit the Glenn L. Humphrey Scholarship Fund and Three Pillars Resident Support Fund.

Up to 2,000 ducks will splash into the Bark River and float about 150 yards to the finish line at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, during Three Pillars Fest. The first three ducks crossing the finish line will win cash prizes for their ticket holders – $500 for 1st place, $250 for 2nd place and $100 for 3rd place.

Ducks (aka raffle tickets) can be purchased for $5 for one duck or a Quack Pack of 5 for $20. Tickets are available in person at Three Pillars or online. See the Three Pillars ad in this current issue of the Masonic Journal to scan the QR code to buy your tickets.

At their recent stated meeting, Glenn Humphrey Lodge members and Three Pillars staff were selling Duck tickets wearing their duck hats! Pictured above, from left: PM Donald Haas; Teresa Dulde, Three Pillars fund development coordinator; Brother Al Kunz and PM Dick Rhyner.
