The Shawano Area Masons were proud to donate $2,000 to the new VFW Building Fund.
Representing the Masons, pictured above from left: (Gold Star Kid) and PM Jim Herman, Dan Grosskruetz, PM Rusty Mitchell, PM Jim Campbell, VFW Commander Tom Hoffman, PM Chuck Anderson, PM Bill Mommaerts and PM Mike Peterson.
Brother Mike also represented Mason Woods Lodge and made an additional presentation for $500 explaining that the money was in remembrance of Brother Jim Herman’s Father who was killed in action during World War II, making Jim a “Gold Star Kid”.
