Onalaska Freemasons assist local food basket

Onalaska Masonic Lodge No. 214 was out doing what they do best again on December 10 when they donated $2000 to the Onalaska Food Basket. Thanks to the “Acts of Kindness” matching funds from the Wisconsin Masonic Foundation, we were able to donate a generous amount this year as the Brothers of Onalaska Masonic Lodge raised $1000 towards the cause!

Per Ruth Krett, Managing director of the Onalaska Food Basket, this generous donation will be put to use in the purchase of daily food staples such as peanut butter, chili, and meat products as these items are becoming harder and harder for many people in the area to obtain with food prices skyrocketing.
