Brothers receive Quilts of Valor 

The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor. It is a nonprofit national organization founded in 2003 by Catherine Roberts whose son was deployed in Iraq. The quilt is meant for healing and comfort and to thank veterans for their service. This is the 20th anniversary of Quilts of Valor, and they are working toward a goal of having presented over 500,000 quilts.

Hurley Freemasons hold fall banquet

Members, guests, and family members enjoyed the Prairie du Chien Freemasons Lodge Annual Deer Camp Night on November 15th. There were 32 in attendance, including Grand Master David R. Seven emergency jump bags were presented to the Wisconsin State Patrol during the District 4 Fall Meeting at the Beja Masonic Center in Green Bay. These life-saving kits contain an AED and FST. Sgt. GL Humphrey Lodge Presents $7,250 in Scholarships to Three Pillars Employees

Humphrey Freemasons Lodge No. 364 at Three Pillars presented nine scholarships to Three Pillars Employees as our investment into their education and training. The total of the investment is $7,250. Since inception, the Three Pillars scholarship totals are 155 recipients having received a total of $103,450. The Scholarships were earned by Grace Blau, Kate Day, Oliva Dorn, Roxanne Frechette, Nicole Gapinski, Hailey Hoof, Molly Noffke, Emry Pakula and Erin Rivard.

Each year, Quincy Adams Freemasons Lodge No. 71 hosts a local “Short Story Contest” for local school aged kids. New tools to Washburn Sheriff’s Department

Masonic Keystone Lodge #263 of Hayward and the Springbrook VFW Post 10568 partnered to purchase three fire suppression tools which they donated to the Washburn County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, July 14. GL Humphrey Lodge Presents $7,250 in Scholarships to Three Pillars Employees

Humphrey Freemasons Lodge No. 364 at Three Pillars presented nine scholarships to Three Pillars Employees as our investment into their education and training. The total of the investment is $7,250. New tools to Washburn Sheriff’s Department

Masonic Keystone Lodge #263 of Hayward and the Springbrook VFW Post 10568 partnered to purchase three fire suppression tools which they donated to the Washburn County Sheriff’s Department on Friday, July 14.
