Service & Assistance Request

Individuals eligible to apply for Service and Assistance include Master Masons in good standing, as well as widows and orphans of the Grand Lodge of Wisconsin, or nominees recommended by a Wisconsin Mason. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and applicants should first seek assistance from their home lodge if possible. To initiate a request, complete and submit the application in full; requests under $2,000 may be processed promptly by majority committee approval, while those over $2,000 require additional budget documentation. All applications are handled confidentially, with supporting records maintained and reviewed by the committee for prompt and fair resolution.
