Freemasons support Family Promise of Washington County

Wisconsin Masonic Lodge 13, Brookfield, recently made a donation of $1000 to Family Promise of Washington County with the aid of Wisconsin Masonic Foundation matching funds. Family Promise, located in West Bend, provides children and their families with shelter, basic needs and assistance as they seek as they seek permanent housing. How to Turn Stone Soup Into Nearly 8,000 Meals

The Brethren of McKinley Masonic Lodge No. 307 in Brookfield recently hosted their annual Stone Soup event as a fundraiser that provides money to Feeding America.  Pictured above, Brother Nick Nicklosovich presents a check to Feeding America’s representative. Brother Nick and a good friend and Brother of his who flies in from Arizona every year coordinate and run the event. The gentleman from Arizona goes by “Peppermint Jim”.  The Wisconsin Masonic Foundation matches what is made by the soup sales
