Masonic Light Lodge assists Healing Patriots

Three Crivitz Freemasons attended a fundraiser for Healing Patriots on February 2nd and presented a check from their Lodge for $500.00. The two day event was held at the Drees Community Center in Peshtigo. Healing Patriots is a nonprofit group of volunteers dedicated to helping veterans and first responders open up about their struggles with PTSD and their mental health issues resulting from trauma received from their jobs. New sign on Crivitz Masonic Center

A $500 grant was received to build a 16” x 10’ sign on the front of the Crivitz Masonic Center. Total cost of sign and installation was $2285.  Your Wisconsin Freemasonry Leadership Team and the physical media committee are proud to offer your Lodge a one-time “Physical Media Grant.” Much like the “Acts of Kindness” program, these are matching dollars – up to $500 – that will go towards helping you publicize and promote Freemasonry in your community.  What qualifies?  •

Crivitz Masonic Lodge supports special education

During a recent Lodge breakfast, the Brothers of Crivitz Masonic Lodge (No. 218) collected funds to support the Special Education Department at Crivitz Schools. This collection is in response to the Grand Lodge of Wisconsin’s special goal of supporting the Dyslexic Centers of Wisconsin. The Funds will be used to purchase manipulatives, which are specialized books and games to support students who learn in unique ways. Crivitz Freemasons Support Community Bandshell

The Brothers of Masonic Light Lodge No. 218 in Crivitz demonstrated their commitment to making a positive impact in their community by donating $2000 to Operation Bandshell, a community effort to raise funds to build a bandshell in the village park. The bandshell will include a plaque with a square and compasses and entitled Crivitz Freemasons. Crivitz Freemasons donate $16,000 towards Crivitz Police K-9

The Crivitz Freemasons followed through on a pledge to help the Crivitz Police Department purchase a trained police dog by donating $15,000 on July 24, 2023. Congratulations to Braeden “Brady” Tadisch who received Crivitz’s Masonic Light Freemasons Lodge Scholarship on Saturday, May 20th at the Crivitz High School graduation. The check was presented by Brother Doug Morrison on behalf of the Crivitz Lodge and the Wisconsin Masonic Foundation to support outstanding youth in their community with this $1,500 gift.
