Brothers receive Quilts of Valor 

The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor. It is a nonprofit national organization founded in 2003 by Catherine Roberts whose son was deployed in Iraq. The quilt is meant for healing and comfort and to thank veterans for their service. This is the 20th anniversary of Quilts of Valor, and they are working toward a goal of having presented over 500,000 quilts.

Quilts for Valor Honors Brothers at Annual Communication

Three Freemasons were honored and recognized for their service to our country by “Quilts for Valor” at this year’s Annual Communication, held at the Wisconsin Masonic Center in downtown Madison. We had previously reported that “Quilts for Valor” has recently stopped in Potosi, Wisconsin and gave out four quilts to members of Warren Freemasons Lodge. Quilts for Valor Enfold Potosi’s Brothers in Love

Four Brothers from Warren Freemasons Lodge #4 in Potosi, Wisconsin received “Quilts of Valor” at their Lodge meeting on Thursday, April 6th, 2023. The mission of Quilts of Valor is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing quilts. The quilts presented were absolutely beautiful, containing exquisite patterns of red, white, and blue. Each quilt is hand-made, so all four were very different in their styles. Some contained images of bald eagles and the U.S.
