The 179th Annual Communication Celebration of Freemasonry on June 1 took on a whole new look this year.

Ladies Leslie Thiele, Kelli Tourville and Julie Thompson enjoy the music.

There were no white dinner jackets or little black dresses. The Brothers wore their favorite Masonic apparel. There was a casual and fun atmosphere with country music at its best by Bella Cain. The meal included burgers, brats, and beer.

Those attending commented they had a great time with an opportunity to close off the Masonic year, with an opportunity to meet with old friends and Brothers and meet many new ones.

The highlight of the evening was the presentation of a check (pictured above) from the CS Giving Foundation by Foundation President Brother Donald Childers in the amount of $25,000 bringing the total raised by the Grand Master’s Appeal to $350,000.

A great time was had by all who attended to celebrate such a dynamic and successful year for the Wisconsin Masonic Foundation. The money raised will be deposited into the Foundation’s “Acts of Kindness” fund, which allows Blue Lodges throughout the state to maximize positive impacts within their communities.
