22nd annual “Robert Burns Table Lodge” 

Lake Freemasons Lodge (No. 189) hosted its 22nd annual “Robert Burns Table Lodge” on January 25th, at the Lake Masonic Center in Milwaukee featuring PGM Donald W. Hensiak’s famous Haggis.  It was an evening of great food and fellowship celebrating the legacy of Brother Robert Burns.  PGM Paul T. Knuth Brewing Company (a micro brew in Ripon), held the grand opening celebration for their new building on February 17, 2024. Part of the grand opening was, at owner David Knuth’s request, a “Steintossen competition” which was hosted by the Brothers of Prairie View Freemasons Lodge, also in Ripon. Brothers of James M. Hays Lodge support Toys for Tots

James M. Hays Freemasons Lodge No. 331 answered the call this past holiday season by the United States Marines who organize the “Toys for Tots” drive. The Brethren of the Lodge collectively raised over $2,000 to make sure that children in their community had a present at Christmastime. In November and December 2023, our Valley of Milwaukee held our second annual collection of items to be donated to Street Angels Milwaukee Outreach to benefit and support Milwaukee’s homeless community. PetSmart and District 1 Masons Provide Stuffed Animals for Kids 

District 1 Masons recently distributed stuffed animals donated by PetSmart to the Iron River First Responders and Iron River Fire Department. Freemasons and PetSmart partner up for kids’ smiles

District 1 Masons donated approximately 30 stuffed animals to the pediatric department nurses at Essentia Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota. The stuffed animals were donated by PetSmart and distributed by Freemasons of Wisconsin. This is the second year of the project. Three Pillars receives Fire Suppression Tool

Brothers receive Quilts of Valor 

The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor. It is a nonprofit national organization founded in 2003 by Catherine Roberts whose son was deployed in Iraq. The quilt is meant for healing and comfort and to thank veterans for their service. This is the 20th anniversary of Quilts of Valor, and they are working toward a goal of having presented over 500,000 quilts.

Lake Freemasons Lodge (No. 189) hosted its 22nd annual “Robert Burns Table Lodge” on January 25th, at the Lake Masonic Center in Milwaukee featuring PGM Donald W. Knuth Brewing Company (a micro brew in Ripon), held the grand opening celebration for their new building on February 17, 2024. Brothers of James M. Hays Lodge support Toys for Tots

James M. Hays Freemasons Lodge No. 331 answered the call this past holiday season by the United States Marines who organize the “Toys for Tots” drive. The Brethren of the Lodge collectively raised over $2,000 to make sure that children in their community had a present at Christmastime. District 1 Masons recently distributed stuffed animals donated by PetSmart to the Iron River First Responders and Iron River Fire Department. District 1 Masons donated approximately 30 stuffed animals to the pediatric department nurses at Essentia Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota. The stuffed animals were donated by PetSmart and distributed by Freemasons of Wisconsin. This is the second year of the project. The mission of the Quilts of Valor Foundation is to cover service members and veterans touched by war with comforting and healing Quilts of Valor. It is a nonprofit national organization founded in 2003 by Catherine Roberts whose son was deployed in Iraq. The quilt is meant for healing and comfort and to thank veterans for their service. This is the 20th anniversary of Quilts of Valor, and they are working toward a goal of having presented over 500,000 quilts.
