Lake Masonic Lodge of Milwaukee Donates FST to Waterford Police

The Freemasons of Milwaukee’s Lake Lodge #189 recently donated a Fire Suppression Tool (FST) to the Waterford Police Department. Pictured above are members of the Waterford Police Department on the left along with Lodge Master Grant Walden and (far right) Junior Grand Deacon Jeff Thiele, who also serves as Junior Warden of Lake Lodge.

At the presentation ceremony, the Lodge Brothers underscored their commitment to supporting first responders throughout the state.

“As a community-driven organization, we believe in doing our part to keep our neighborhoods safe,” said Brother Walden. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the brave men and women of our local police force.”

The Waterford Police Department was very appreciative of the gift from the Freemasons. In thanking the Lodge Brethren for the FST, the department noted that “there are often times when police are the first on a fire scene and can deploy this tool to extinguish the fire” – possibly even before the fire department arrives. This tool, in turn, will undoubtedly help save lives, pets, and property.
