The Brothers of Blue Hills Freemasons Lodge (No. 234) in Rice Lake recently held their first annual “Meal with a Peel” potato dinner fundraiser. The event was held on October 23 at the Blue Hills Masonic Center as a fundraiser for general operating needs and to fund future community activities. The evening was viewed as a major success for the Lodge as many of the Brothers and their Ladies were active in preparing and serving the dinner. The Brothers served close to 200 guests and were able to raise much needed funds for the Lodge and its future activities.
The Brothers of Lodge are already looking ahead to 2024 and how to make this a big, annual event for the Rice Lake community.
